Example of a letter you can write to merchants to give out community share cards
Hello, I am the business owner/owners of Think heavenly franchise (or whatever name you choose). I am creating a lotto for green and sustainable products. I would like to offer a package that includes your products with the Think Heavenly (or what you choose) name printed on them, or not. This helps with advertisement of the company to spread the word but not necessary if the cost too high.
I will also be creating another profitable program for merchants and the planet called community share. The community share program gives people points for their good deeds regarding their interactions with the environment and other people.
the merchants pay a percentage of the points they feel comfortable with and the Think Heavenly Community fund pays the difference. I am doing this so it allows flexibility for the merchants to only give back what they can at all times. they can even turn down the customer if the merchant cannot afford to give to the community share card program what is asked of them.
I want there to be a win-win relationship between the merchants and the business owner. We live by the honor system not he court systems. So no contracts, no pressure, and they only do what they feel like doing for the community share program. The only asked is to have Think Heavenly or whatever name the franchise owner uses put on merchandise where appropriate to help with advertisement and business stability.
